Cottle & Associates in 2003 to provide leadership and service to clients in the areas of planning and project management.  The firm has worked with clients in the U.S. and Cyprus to achieve project goals with excellence

Helena Beyersdorf-Cottle – With more than 30 years work experience, Helena brings a commitment and track record to economic and community development with eight year’s management experience of Family Shelter Inc., along with planning experience at the SC Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism, marketing and development work with BP Barber & Associates and account management at the SC Jobs-Economic Development Authority and C&S Trust, now part of Bank of America.
